This is one of our best training tools! It’s a short, engaging exercise that allows members to get to know each other while training. It also provides a great opportunity to capture dynamic photos and videos of your team.
This is a fairly complex coach-to-student exercise, it’s the first time I’ve tried to film it and explain it an organized way. It is worth refining the explanation so I will try to make an enhanced video in the future. Until then, I recommend this for advanced coaches trying to take your intermediates to advanced competition.
