POWER LEVEL AND SAFETY MODIFICATIONS
No pommel gripping (sabers will be marked for clarity)
Sabers must be gripped primarily in the upper 50% of the length of the hilt
The thumb in a parallel thumb grip does NOT count as part of the grip and therefore may not be used to extend the length of the grip
Enforced calls for "excessive sweeping" (including vertical power swings that hit the ground)
Enforcement for in-match "taunting" (mostly vocalized)
