 Your adapter has a temporary adhesive inside it. Insert a large flat head screwdriver into the slot and twist it to “break’ the adhesive and pry the adapter away from the blade.

Your adapter has a temporary adhesive inside it. Insert a large flat head screwdriver into the slot and twist it to “break’ the adhesive and pry the adapter away from the blade.

 With the screwdriver still in place, wiggle, pull, and/or push the adapter off the blade.

 If needed, insert your fingernails into the slot, then twist and pull the adapter off the blade.
