Today we'll be working on the principal advantage of the tandem grip: power. Since power is not that important in "real lightsaber combat", we'll focus on how this relates to Lightspeed-saber, which is in matters of blade to blade defense, in particular, tandem deflectors and ripostes.

Today we're practicing one of my favorite combinations, the draw-Shield-6 riposte. Most of the time I use it to draw an attack when they think I'm vulnerable. There are three steps. Repeat it twice to practice it on both sides of the body and with both hands.
