Kyber Combat has released a short video on their tournament last August! As always this work is lovingly crafted by Base Captain Kevin Bustamante. But it takes a team to pull anything like that off, and we’re very proud of the team from Texas.
We have only clear adapters in stock at the moment but they are back and improved, now with better grip. Go get some!
New and improved adapters are coming! They’re exactly the same as the old adapters but now with better grip. As they do require a few extra processing steps, the price will go up to reflect that. Please see the product page for new details on attaching and removing the adapters.
Blade prices are also going up shortly.
It took a whole year, but Lightspeed Saber League and 70 of its competitors have been recognized as having earned a Guinness World Record for the largest king-of-the-hill Lightspeed-saber battle. More details to come, including the story of the record, how it was won, who won, and where we go from here. Until then, you can pick up your own copy of Guinness World Records 2020 wherever books are sold!
Congratulations to Kyle Mason for winning the Lightspeed Saber South Regional in Dallas, TX yesterday!
This is Kyle's third competition and his first gold medal in an open comp. More details and full results to come shortly.
Daniel Delgado of Lightspeed Saber Academy took home the gold for the first IGNITE novice tournament, showing his best performance in a competition so far. The tournament welcomed many newcomers, in particular, three from Gryphon Fencing Club, and was the first ever run at the academy. Patricia Bauler also took first place in the women’s category.
