LSO Unit Q is a set of learning modules designed specifically for squadron leaders but applicable to any current or aspiring Lightspeed fencers. It focuses on form through short technical sequences, and practical application through partner-drills. The unit is intended to be sport-practical, and therefore also reflects best practices for both efficacy and safety.
