The Lightspeed adapter cuff allows your 3/4" Lightspeed blade to fit into any 1" ID hilt. It is made from polycarbonate and is reusable from blade to blade.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To attach the adapter:

    1. Partially insert a Lightspeed blade into the adapter.

    2. Press the blade down onto a firm, flat surface to fully seat the adapter onto the blade (the bottom of the blade should be flush with the bottom edge of the adapter).

  2. To install the blade:

    1. Remove your old set screw.

    2. Insert the adapted blade into your hilt until the top of the adapter is flush to the top of your hilt.

    3. Align the adapter slot to the thread.

    4. Place the included set screw(s) and tighten it through the adapter slot and directly onto the blade body.

    5. Screw in the set screw to “twist tightness” (the blade should not twist against moderate pressure).

NOTE: Emitter thicknesses can vary. Use the appropriate screw length. The right length of set screw will tighten onto the blade body without standing proud from the emitter.
