TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated:

- You may request a tournament credit up until the day before the tournament.
- Refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

- No returns unless the product is defective or the order was improperly filled.
- You must report a defect within one week of receipt of the order.
