SEQUENCE

Turn your hips with each cut. Note the pivots of the feet. During the spin, only one foot moves. The back foot stays in place and pivots.

  1. Shield 6
  2. Pronate cut
  3. Shield 5
  4. Supinate cut
  5. Repeat 1-4
  6. 180 degree spin
  7. Repeat 1-6 as desired
