We are so pleased to announce the inclusion of The Villages Light-Saber Club into Lightspeed Saber League! But this isn’t a normal new base announcement, because every member of VLSC is a veteran-age 50+ fencer! We’ve long maintained that we’re the most accessible lightsaber-inspired format around, and this just proves it.

VLSC is led by Mark Ackerle, who leads the direction of the group and is a wealth of knowledge and experiences. Other notable members include Rich R, the group’s head lightsaber instructor and co-rep, Doreen L, fencing club president, and Robin “The Mongoose”.

We can’t wait to see these V-50s out on the field of battle!
