With more than half of American adults fully vaccinated, the USA appears to be on the route to full pandemic recovery. With that, Lightspeed Saber squadrons that have previously been dormant are now returning to the fore, including the Florida V50s, made up entirely of retirees out of The Villages.
We’re also very happy to welcome back the Nerfherders out of Greeley, Colorado, now officially led by Mike Moskalski, who has also reactivated the Greeley Fencing Club, of which the Nerfherders are a part.
Many more clubs are waiting to get back in the thick of it or waiting to get their chance! We hope you all get the opportunity to do that in a safe, responsible way, so that we can continue to build the world’s best lightsaber fencing. Let us know how your club is doing, or, if you’d like to write a column about or promoting your squad, let us know! There’s never been a better time to rise up.
