ASSOCIATE NATIONAL OUTREACH OFFICER

  • Description

    • The role will be charged to support and mentor new squadrons around the country.

  • Functions

    • Provide guidance and advice to new teams to help them grow and become competitive.

    • Check in on teams around the US and report their status.

    • Potentially write guides, manuals, and scripts on team creation, management, education, etc

    • Recruit new teams and fencers

  • Ideal qualifications

    • Experienced Lightspeed Saber captain or director

    • Charismatic, personable, and diplomatic communicator

    • Strong writing skills very desirable

  • Hours & pay (negotiable)

    • 6-15 hours per week

    • $18-$25/hour

  • Term

    • 2 month temp to hire

    • Paid training
