Saturday, May 6th was a historic day for Lightspeed as Starbird co-captain Kat Laurange made history as the first female Lightspeed Saber fencer to earn first place in a Lightspeed Open Tournament. She fought hard against a large pool of competitors and earned her D grade by the end of the night. Stay tuned for a write-up about the event.
